Email us at classicrecognition@outlook.com with your text and/or logo to be engraved

Once you submit your engraving instructions/logo artwork, we will provide you proofs by email for your approval prior to production. Engraving, set-up, proofs, and revisions are included free.

*If the artwork you have is not suitable for engraving, our graphics department can create the proper type of artwork for a fee of $25.00 per image.

PRODUCTION TIME
Our normal production time is 3-5 business days. This does not include shipping (in transit) time).. The faster you approve your proof, the sooner we will advance your order to production.  
 
RETURNS POLICY
Your order is very important to us! Please email us at (classicrecognition@outlook.com) or call us (469) 327-6880) with any questions or issues concerning your order. We will make every effort to ensure you are a satisfied customer.

 

All orders are provided on a Custom Basis. Each award is designed, assembled and personalized with engraving and/or screen printing, and once completed it is non-returnable as it cannot be sold to other customers due to the custom nature of the item in question.

 

PROOFS
Order confirmation emails will be submitted to the customer as a proof via a PDF or other image format through e-mail. Customer must sign off on the proof before any engraving or personalization will be performed. Please ensure you return the proofs to us at classicrecognition@outlook.com as quickly as possible as to not delay the completion and shipping of your awards. No award will be engraved without this approval.

 

Any spelling errors on the customers part are the responsibility of the customer. We can only engrave what we are asked to engrave and as a general policy we do not spell check text submitted by a customer as there are valid reasons to mis-spell certain words.
 
ENGRAVING/SCREEN PRINTING ERRORS
If there is an engraving error that is our fault, we will correct the error at no cost to you. If we complete the engraving per your information and approval, but there is an error that is your fault, there will be a charge to correct the error. We offer a 10% courtesy discount to correct engraving errors.
 
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ON ORDERS
All orders must be paid in full prior to us filling the order. Payment methods available for immediate processing of your order include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express Card Payments. Charges will appear on your bill from "Classic Recognition Awards".  We also accept Purchase Order (PO) numbers from approved customers. 

 

There is a $35.00 late payment fee for disputed credit card transactions that will be assessed for all disputed card transactions whereby a customer has not contacted us prior to contacting your bank. If there is an error on a transaction, you should always contact the merchant first as we can resolve the issue quickly, and without the hassle of a dispute. In addition, finance charges at the rate of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all disputed credit card transaction until payment is received in full.

 

PRICING CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify the pricing provided with or without notice. We make every effort to ensure our pricing listed in our online catalog is accurate and a pricing change would only occur in the case where an error is discovered on a product. You will be notified of the pricing change and have the opportunity to cancel your order should this occur.
